I know you're probably sick and tired of hearing me talk about hockey, but DANGIT!!! I love the sport and college hockey is the only thing that is saving me from insanity right now.
The 2005 NCAA Frozen Four now has all its participants. And, in unprecedented fashion, it's an all-WCHA (Western Collegiate Hockey Association) finals! That's right, the University of Denver, Colorado College, Minnesota, and North Dakota, all members of the WCHA, will play for the National Championship. It has never happened, in any collegiate sport, where the final four teams were from the same conference, so it just shows you how tough the WCHA was this year (and most years).
My two favorite teams, DU and CC, will face each other in the semi-finals on April 7, 2005 at 7:00 p.m. EST, and Minnesota will play North Dakota at 2:00 p.m. EST earlier that same day. Then, the championship game will be played on April 9, 2005 at 7:00 EST on ESPN.
Check into it next week...you won't be disappointed.
Enjoy,
-Myles-
