The Super Bowl Is Set!
Well folks, all games, save one, have been played. The best of the best this year is ready to battle it out on the gridiron. I admit, I'm a bit sad that my Broncos didn't make it, however, I am VERY happy that my second favorite team in the NFL, the Pittsburgh Steelers, will be playing for a title. The last time they played, in the mid-90s, those darn Cowboys beat them soundly, but this year, they look like they could beat anyone.
You gotta love it when a Wild Card team comes in and makes it this far, because it shows how much they truly want it. Here they were, on the brink of not making the playoffs, starting the season 7-4. They had a VERY strong finish, and then won 3 straight road games against the 3 top seeded teams in the AFC. They crushed the Bengals, they surprised the Colts, and they dismantled the Broncos. They deserve to be there with that kind of heart.
So, from all of us here at MylesBecker.com, we wish the Pittsburgh Steelers the best of luck in the big game, and we cannot wait to see it happen on Sunday, February 5th!
p.s. One more thing...actually, two more things: (a) If for nothing else, you gotta watch the commercials, right? Yeah. And (b) the STONES man! The Rolling Stones are performing at half-time. I'm pretty sure we won't see any wardrobe malfunctions with them, but you never know...
