Humor For A Crazy Time Of Year

So, if you're like me, the holidays are fun, but always a bit hectic.

The past couple of weeks have been awesome! My sister and brother-in-law, his mom, and their two kiddos came into town a week before Christmas to get some family time in. It was a lot of fun, but with the HUGE snowstorm that we had, we were all a bit stir-crazy by the end of the week.

Then, it was on to Vail for Christmas. We went up on Sunday and stayed Sunday night, Christmas Day, that night, and then part of the day after. Again, it was fun, but getting 4 kiddos to go to sleep at the same time was difficult, at best. More on that in another post.

Finally, it was a day trip up to Cheyenne to see Delphine's parents. It was a good trip, but we are all sick, so we had to take turns going to see Delphine's dad at the life care center, and Nate didn't get to go at all due to his really bad cough.

So now the snow is falling again, stir-craziness looms, and another day of being snowed in is upon us.

It is in these times that I feel I must get some humor into my life.

Enter: Japanese Spider Man, with a mariachi machine gunner, giants, fantastical flying objects, and let's throw in a Voltron-wannabe for good measure.

It will make you scratch your head and wonder just how the heck they marketed this stuff back in the day, or even how they pitched this one to a studio. I know Japanese super hero flicks from a while back were all fairly cheesey, but this is wildly so, and will give you a good laugh or three.

Enjoy!
